We stock and supply various types of paper stencil material in the 100′ roll form or even in individual sheets. All these can be created in a standard typewriter or for best quality a 24 dot matrix printer. The stencil material has a emulsion coating that once impacted transfers to the backing paper and leave a similar pass though image as a silk screen. The paper based stencil has an overall good life cycle but for higher quality and production our Custom Stencils are suggested.
* Also remember to prevent your Stencil from having either faint or no text printed, verify that your computer
software & printer configurations are set to print using black text.
Dark Blue Roll
The dark blue tractor feed stencil paper allows you to create your own images, barcodes, text etc with a standard 24 pin dot matrix printer. This dark blue paper has extra emulsion applied to increase its life usage cycle. Dark Blue Stencil paper comes in 100ft rolls in 3″, 4-1/4″ and 5-1/2″ widths.

Dark Blue Sheets
Our dark blue sheets have the same emulsion and material as the dark blue stencil roll but have been pre-cut to a 2-1/2 x 7″ size. These sheets are the narrowest width that we sell and are mainly for low volume marking applications.

Custom Fabric Stencils
Our Custom Ctencils are made of a fabric material which increased the working life cycle greatly. These Custom Stencils offer a very high quality marked image and allow for deep etching and are reusable. (Cleaning after use required) If you require a high quality image, mark or have a high volume marking application then these will fit your needs.
