Deep Etch Pads
The Deep Etching pads are not just for deep etching but also allow you to increase the replacement cycle of the standard Polar pads or even allows for re-use of these thick pads by washing after usage. These pads can also be used on rough or uneven surfaces due to the pads thickness. Our deep etch pads are made of the best felt and fabric cloth to help assist in getting you your desired mark. Polar Pads
Polar pads or commonly called Mono pads are for general surface marking applications and the life cycle of the pads are less then our Deep Etching pads. These reduced price pads are typically disposed of after usage or on a daily basis after getting exposed to the electrolytes. Designed for our Carbon Marking Heads.
Hand Marker Screens
Our perforated mesh etching screens are wrapped in absorbent paper and are a very simple and cost effective method for marking and attach only to our smaller lexan Hand Marking unit. Designed for our lexan Hand Marker unit.
