We stock the supplies various Power Cord Sets and Grounding Clamps. These two items are a very important part of the Power Etching Unit and are needed to supply current to the Carbon Head for proper marking to take place. We use the best oxygen free wire with the most stands as possible to make the wires more flexible and reduce the chance of breaking or kinking over time.
Power Cord Sets
The Power Cord sets are sold in the standard 48″ length which will be long enough for most customers but we also offer custom lengths if required. The cords are a very important part of the system and need to be large enough gauge to be able to supply the current needed to get a quality mark. All our power cords have hand soldered connection to guarantee you have a solid electrical connection.
Grounding Clamps
These are required to make a electrical loop circuit from the Power Etching unit to the Carbon Marking head back to the Ground Clamp. without proper connection marking quality will be effected. Even though the Ground Clamps have a screw terminals to secure the electrical wire we still hand solder these to guarantee you have a solid electrical connection.
